#24: Richard Ducat – 30 Seconds with Kristiane Cates

September 15, 201730 seconds changes everthing, 30 seconds with kristiane cates, My Podcast, My Podcasts 2Kristiane Cates

Today we chat with my good friend Richard Ducat!

About today’s chat:

Richard Ducat is a 29-year-old Father to his gorgeous son Everett and loving husband to his beautiful wife Erin! Rich is also the man behind my website, this podcast, my graphics, and a little bit of my confidence. Today I finally get him to tell me a little bit about himself and where he comes from. This episode is long but shows a multitude of moments that Richard almost gave up and how he overcame some big trials all throughout his life starting at age 7 when his Mother tried to kill herself.

This is one of those all over the place chats that really covers the spectrum of fun, sad, happy, and emotional. So, sit back, relax and enjoy another episode of 30 Seconds with Kristiane Cates

Finding faith and happiness after loss

Grief is a difficult road—one you are not meant to travel alone. I have walked that road. I have endured that denial, and anger. I have bargained for a changed result. I have cried those tears. I have a life that I never wanted, but a life that I would not trade. Let me walk with you as you discover what your life can be, finding faith and happiness in spite of your loss.
